We had it in Richmond before we moved here and were disappointed that Comcast was the primary cable option. I do most of the t.v. watching and when we were on Comcast, the guide looked like a 1980's video game! I got used to eventually but we were also very glad to see that it was being installed in the neighborhood and have just recently re-signed up for it. In general it is a little bit more expensive than Comcast but the quality, technology/system look and feel more modern. We love the 5 second fast fwd/rewind button and there are many more channels available for which aren't included with the traditional Comcast service. The internet is waaay faster too!
